Peer-to-peer betting on BISHTcoin is available only to users outside the United States and other restricted jurisdictions.
Why
US federal and state law treat peer-to-peer wagering as regulated gambling. We do not currently hold the licensing required to offer that product to US residents. Anjouan licensing for an offshore operating subsidiary is the long-term path to widening jurisdictional access.
What you can still do
Engagement features — Catch the BISHT, BISHT Spin, the daily login bonus, the welcome faucet, and the referral system — remain open to you. Tournament Mode (skill contests with prize pools funded by the platform, no user staking) is in active development and will launch globally including the US.
